Our products are sold exclusively on this website and Amazon.com (Reference products).
If you are not delighted with your purchase for any reason, you may return the cables in original, new condition within 40-calendar days from the date of shipment. Modified or damaged cables are not returnable. Hubbell electrical outlets are excluded unless proven defective. Custom/special orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
Refunds include the purchase price and sales tax (if applicable), less shipping costs and any inbound duties/fees. Non-deliverable returned orders are refunded the purchase price and sales tax, less total shipping costs and any inbound duties/fees. Returned products require a Return Authorization by contacting support services.
Cable products are warranted 5 years to the original purchaser. Our cables are factory sealed and any modification voids this Warranty. We reserve the right to change or upgrade our products without prior customer notification.
Furutech international UK/Ireland, Australia/New Zealand power cord plugs. We offer custom terminations and custom length cables made to customer order; 6 meter limit. Please contact support services with your requirements for a quotation.
A tracking number is Emailed when your order ships. Current order processing/build time is - 2 - business days not including shipping.
Domestic US: Priority Mail. Delivery 2-3 business days of shipment date (signature may be required). Priority Express available, delivery 1-2 business days of shipment date (signature required). Please contact support services for rates and cutoff times for in-stock products.
International: Priority Mail (<$620) or FedEx (signature required). Delivery 5-8 business days of shipment date. We do not ship our products to Freight Forwarding Companies.
Customs Declaration: Fee exempt or reduced rate depending on Country. Customs fees and taxes (if any) may be collected upon delivery. Please contact support services for custom fees special arrangements.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.

Orders are processed factory direct via our Shopping Cart or by Emailed Invoice (phone and custom orders). Please contact support services for single/multiple unit quantities, special requests, and Invoicing. We ship to most countries, view list.
How to Pay: Click 'Check Out' to pay by credit/debit card or click PayPal Checkout for PayPal Accounts. PayPal account is not required for credit/debit cards. Products are shipped to the customer's credit card billing address or confirmed shipping address.
Your PayPal Receipt is proof of order confirmation. No Emails are sent by us.

We do not sell raw wire, unterminated cables, or terminate cables with customer supplied connectors.

We use PayPal's encrypted Shopping Cart for all transactions. All customer data is protected by PayPal. Customer names, shipping addresses, and Emails are used only for inquiries and order processing and are not shared or sold. We have a NO-SPAM Email policy.
